I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Zen Dog. My Aussie has severe grooming trauma from a previous groomer and finding her a new one has been incredibly difficult. At my first appt. with Zen Dog, my dog was treated with the utmost patience, respect, gentleness, and compassion. The owners and staff took nearly 30 minutes at the beginning of the appointment to simply build trust with her and encourage her, never forcing her to do anything she was uncomfortable with before she was ready. What I feared would be another failed grooming experience turned out to be an absolutely amazing first appointment. I would recommend Zen Dog to any dog owner, particularly those whose pup has grooming anxiety. Thank you to Brittani, Alexis, Kiersten and the whole staff for your amazing customer service and empathy. We’ve found our new groomer.

Brittani is amazing!!! She spent 4 hours on my sweet husky boy getting him clean and de-shedded and I told her that another place trimmed his nails too short and made him bleed so Brittani filed his nails and was careful not to hurt him! He’s very timid and she said he did great!!! Love this place and I am definitely getting my dog groomed/bathed here again!
